About Regier Design Build, LLC

LUKE REGIER, Founder & President of Regier Design Build, LLC, is a registered architect and a licensed builder, and has worked in design and construction management for more than 20 years.

Luke spent the early part of his career working in architecture and commercial construction in New York City. For the past 15 years, Luke's work has been focused in the Hudson Valley, where he has built several hundred new homes, and completed a number of complex custom projects, including the construction of a full-service equestrian center and an award-winning restoration of an eighteenth century home. He built some of the first Energy Star-certified homes in New York State, and constructed the Northeast pilot home for the U.S. Department of Energy's "Build America" Project.

Having worked extensively as an architect and a builder, Luke saw unique advantages in bringing the perspective of both disciplines to every job, which ultimately led him to create his own company, Regier Design Build, LLC, using the design/build model. Steeped in the traditions of both professions, Luke is committed to ensuring that design excellence and flawless functionality are the driving forces behind every project he builds.

DONNA ZIELINSKI is Vice President of Regier Design Build, LLC. Donna has 20 years experience in budgeting, finance, and economic development, and handles all finance and marketing matters for the company. Prior to joining Regier Design Build, Donna worked on several large-scale, public/private real estate development ventures -- most notably, the redevelopment of Times Square in New York City.
